- Running a business involves much regulation in terms of compliance with legislation such as the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act), Occupational Health and Safety Act 2001 and compliance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and other employment regulations.
