- Description
- An interesting decision on duty of care to avoid causing economic loss is provided by the recent judgment of the NSW Court of Appeal in Graham v Hall [2006] NSWCA 208, (2006) Aust Torts Reports 81-857. It should be of particular interest to all those who, by virtue of their official status, are asked to attest to the witnessing of documents.
