- Although there are many studies on the causes of differences in attitudes and behaviors in psychological economics and behavioral economics, there are few studies that consider individual religiosity as a factor influencing the differences in attitudes and behaviors. Many studies have investigated personal values, moral values, and ethical obligations as factors influencing differences in attitudes and behaviors. In addition, many people in Korea have religion, which suggests that the Korean mindset and corporate social responsibility tend to coincide. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the motivations of Korean managers for differences in attitudes and behaviors related to corporate social responsibility. Based on the value-attitude-behavior model, this study investigates the effect of individual religious affiliation of Korean managers on their corporate social responsibility attitudes and behaviors. The results of this study show that corporate social responsibility attitude has a partially mediating effect on the relationship between Korean executives' religiosity and corporate social responsibility behavior. asserts that it influences behavior through This study contributes to research on corporate social responsibility and social psychology, and to Korean companies and Korean society by studying the relationship between Korean managers' religiosity and corporate social attitudes and behaviors.
