- Description
- If, for Gilles Oeleuze and Felix Guanari, architecture can be conceived as 'the art of the abode and the territory', then how might this art, this territory, be understood as emerging from an artisanal following of forces and flows? The present text explores the interaction of material flows and intensities at Avebury Street: a project and building, distinct from conventional architectural practice due to the spontaneity of its various constructions, and the lack of architectural drawings. Avebury Street was a decade-long experiment conducted through the occupation and continuous material alteration of a dilapidated house.
