- Description
- The paper will discuss the development and field testing of a Power Quality measurement system that offers the sampling frequencies required to capture hitherto unobservable phenomena in aboveground and underground mines. The instrument specifications were that it had to be robust and able to be put into an unde1ground mine at the last power unit before the face. It had to be able to sample a number of channels at high frequency and store the data onto a hard disk drive far later data analysis. Simulation and experimental results are presented.
