- Description
- Nations continue to differ both in theories and practices in preparing their educational leaders although they have recognized that principals are at the centre of school improvement efforts. Educational policy makers and reformers should draw some lessons from this comparative study in their efforts to recruit and prepare more and better principals, who are committed to confronting the challenges of the 21st Century that are demanded by the changing societies and advances in technology. After all, the effective principles are the ones who create effective schools where the future generations can be educated and trained to take their place in an ever changing world.
