- Description
- The second edition of Joel Green's Hearing the New Testament omits references to the hermeneutic of resonance found in the first edition. This essay revisits that earlier description and adds to it further reflections from the Tanzanian theologian Fidon Mwombeki. This essay then outlines the three presuppositions which undergird this hermeneutic before providing a worked example of how the hermeneutic addresses a complex contemporary issue within the Australian church context.
