- Description
- Circulatory responses to electrical stimulation of thin vagal afferents, serving mainly cardiac receptors (Jarisch and Zotterman 1948) were studied in chloralose-anesthetized cats. The role of these receptors was also studied under more physiological conditions by observing the effects of avulsion of the nerves on the resting circlulation and on the responses to hemorrhage.
