- Description
- This paper puts the case for the use of storytelling as a means of communicating research results. This is especially relevant to Critical Management Research where verifying results with the researched is an essential part of the research process, a process of attaining an ‘ideal speech’ situation. An example of actual research results is provided in the form of a story about the life of a business academic in times of institutional change. The paper concludes with a discussion of how the story was developed in line with criteria for successful storytelling and in the spirit of Critical Management Research.
