- Description
- Horizontal service integration through cooperative, coordinative and collaborative relationships are regarded as the most appropriate method of resolving homelessness. In keeping with this reform agenda the Queensland Government announced its Responding to Homelessness Strategy (R2H) in 2005 under which service integration was to be both a process as a way of achieving integration and an outcome. An evaluation of the strategy reveals that integration should be worked upon on a case to case basis.
