- Description
- This study explores the relationship between high performance human resource practices (HPHRP) and organisation performance. In particular, it considers the moderating effect of electronic-HRM on the HPHRP-Performance link. A sample of 118 firms was surveyed and the data gathered were analysed using hierarchical regression analysis. Results show partial support for the hypothesised relationships. The discussion reviews the implications of these results and suggests future directions for research.
