- In the 5 years since Media Doctor was launched, its small team of volunteer reviewers has analysed more than 1300 health stories from newspapers, online news sites such as ninemsn and from television news broadcasts, both from public broadcasters and commercial stations. Because Media Doctor aims to analyse health reporting using objective rather than subjective methods, each reviewed article is subjected to a check list of 10 categories.
