Description: Laryngeal paraganglioma is a rare neuroendocrine neoplasm of neural origin. Most commonly it arises in the supraglottis, in either the false cords or aryepiglottic folds. Generally these neoplasms cause symptoms as they enlarge and cause obstruction. We present a case of this unusual condition with no obstructive symptoms, despite the large size of the tumor.
