This installation work is primarily concerned with the climate change debate which has challenged artists world wide. It references a Japanese aesthetic and its deep associations with nature. The work acknowledges an increasing respect for cross-cultural and Asian concerns in art practice in this country and in form departs from traditional printmaking practices in that it explores the possibilities of the print as a three dimensional object.
