Description
This paper presents strategies for transmitting MPEG4 video by using rate matching techniques over the WCDMA air interface. We use an OPNET simulation model to analyze the channel utilization and transmission delay performance when transmitting MPEG4 traffic over dedicated channels in the WCDMA UP link.
