Description
The objective of this paper is to examine some of the social and usage constraints on the privacy management procedures being implemented in the health sector. The paper will discuss the social limitations of such schemes that have been overlooked in the formulation of otherwise technically robust processes, and proposes a new perspective for managing personal information.
